My passion and curiosity began in 2010 when I was struggling with an autoimmune disease and turned to integrative medicine to heal myself.
The health challenges I have overcome in my own life have inspired me and given me a deeper calling. I want to help others find ways to be their healthiest and live their best life.
My mission is to teach clients new lifestyle tools and how to make food choices that allow them to feel their best.
